disappointed with my sister

I woke up early today because I’m supposed to go to CEU Malolos again for arranging my sister’s clearance on that school. I was already dressed when all of a sudden my sister called on the phone. She told me that I don’t have to go to CEU Malolos anymore because she already talked to one of the staffs their. I don’t know if I should e happy or what, because I’m quite disappointed that she just told it to me too late. I only had 3 hours of sleep today and I’m starting to be in a bad mood.  So then, I’m quite lucky enough tho because I really don’t want to go there. LOL.
