messed up my cydia because of snes4iphone app

Bad day today because I was trying to help my best friend on making his snes for iphone work but I failed. I totally messed up my cydia application for adding some sources in it. All the packages and sources on cydia were totally gone now. I’m quite disappointed to myself but I just thought that I’m not really a cydia fan so its not really a big deal for not using my cydia application anymore. Good thing is, i still have installous and icy in my ipod touch and that would be fine for me. LOL. My best friend kept on saying sorry because he felt that its all his fault. It wouldn’t happen if he didn’t insist it to make it work. Oh well, I told him that’s fine because I seldomly use my itouch’s cydia, really. LOL.
