Congratulations to Miss Philippines Shamcey Supsup for bagging the 3rd runner-up Miss Universe 2011! I’m expecting a higher than 3rd runner-up for her because if based on Q&A portion, she has a nice answer than the rest of the contestants, and mind you guys, she’s the only girl who don’t have any interpreter with her!
